    In 1983, Lai Hong graduated and obtained BS degree from Physics Department of Chongqing Teachers College, In 1993, he graduated and obtained B.L. degree from Law Department of Sichuan University. and in July 2000, finished his graduate study of civil law from Law Department of Sichuan University.
